Emily and Matthew’s Fourth of July wedding was one to remember. It certainly was a day for celebration as the couple’s closest family and friends came together. The love and joy were palpable! Their beautiful day started off with a sneak peek where the happy couple was able to have their own intimate moment before the wedding ceremony and celebration took place.
Their ceremony was held out in the lush sculpture garden within the industrial wrought iron columns. It was the perfect setting for this wonderful couple. From there, guests headed indoors to enjoy hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, which included:
Stationary Hors d’Oeuvres
Local Cheese Display
Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
BBQ Horseradish Short Rib (GF)
Grilled Flank Steak
Pork Carnitas (GF)
Grilled Chicken Caprese Slider
Mini Crab Cake
Coconut Rum Sugarcane Grilled Shrimp (GF, DF)
Scallops Wrapped in Bacon (GF, DF)
Korean Fried Cauliflower (VE, DF)
The wedding festivities were ready to commence as Emily and Matthew entered the West Wing Ballroom to greet their guests, cut the cake and dance their first dance as a married couple. That’s not the only part of the evening guests gushed over! Their delicious meals were nicely placed at each seat, and everyone enjoyed each bite. Dinner selections included:
Ekerton Farm Heirloom Tomato Salad
Grilled Center Cut Strip Steak
Spinach & Pancetta Stuffed Chicken
Zucchini & Squash Noodle (V, GF)
Emily and Matthew’s amazing wedding day could only end in one way. Given that it took place on the Fourth of July, they received a rare treat—fireworks from nearby towns. What a sparkly wedding day it was!
