Couples Get a Taste of J. Scott Catering’s Farm-to-Table Wedding Menu
On Sunday, February 16, over 60 wedding couples were treated to a one-of-a-kind wedding tasting and showcase event at the Phoenixville Foundry. Couples were welcome to graze from stations representative of each wedding course from our catering partner, J. Scott Catering.
First, guests were treated to hors d’oeuvres such as Seared Tuna and Mini Duck Tacos.
Guests were then welcome to try out some popular first course dishes such as Heirloom Tomato Salad featuring Eckerton Farm Heirloom Tomatoes. Moving on to the main course, couples were able to try items such as Braised Short Rib, Grilled Wild Salmon, Garlic Crusted Freebird Airline Chicken and Skilled Roasted Cauliflower Steak.
Throughout the evening, guests were able to grab their favorite cocktails from expert mixologists at the full-service bar and our crush bar.

To end the event, J. Scott Catering showcased their famous donut wall, where guests were able to grab a sweet treat for the road.
