UCP Motor Cars Under the Stars
The Foundry held the 11th Annual United Cerebral Palsy Motor Cars Under the Stars benefit. This year the Phoenixville Foundry is pleased to host a magnificent event! As the guests arrived, they were greeted by our MedPark valets and then cocktail hour in the Sculpture Garden. Diane, Chrissy , Chris and the entire staff from J. Scott Catering floated among the guests with delicious Hor D’ Oeuvres and butlered pomegranate spritzers in mason jars. The guests enjoyed the beautiful weather while strolling around the grounds admiring all the classic collector cars and trucks on display thanks to Michael Furman Photography. As the guests entered the Cupola Ballroom, tables were draped in slate pin tuck clothes, yellow napkins and floral centerpieces by Sommerfield Design. They also had a chance to bid on quite a few items for the silent auction by Auction Harmony. After dinner the Hosts, Kate Bilo and Bob Kelly from CBS Eyewitness News, got things started. They were fortunate to introduce us to a few honorees, Tom Kline and Steve Sheridan. Bob Kelly was also the Auctioneer for some wonderful Live auction items, which were displayed on monitors provided by IMS Technology Services. Pam from UCP, who organized the whole event, then presented Kate Bilo with a birthday cake! Thanks Kate for delivering the beautiful weather today! Chris and the High Rollers band took the stage entertaining the guests through the night. We would like to thank Pam and all of UCP for letting us be Host to your special event, it truly was amazing!
